This must demonstrate that the bidder's organisation has, and implements, arrangements for monitoring suppliers' H&S procedures, and for ensuring that H&S performance appropriate for the work undertaken is delivered throughout the whole of your organisation's supply chain. Q4D2 - 4D2.2 Bidders will be required to provide documented arrangements for ensuring that the bidder's environmental management procedures are effective in reducing / preventing significant impacts on the environment. This should evidence that the bidder's organisation's environmental policy implementation plan provides information as to how the organisation aims to discharge relevant legal responsibilities and provides clear indication of how these arrangements are communicated to the workforce in relation to environmental matters including: sustainable materials procurement; waste management; energy management. The maximum score we will give for the first 500 words of each description/example your organisation gives is 5 points (15 overall). We can exclude you from this procurement if your score is less than: - 9 (60%) for all descriptions (See scoring key in the Quality Schedule) Q4C6.1 - Bidders must provide details of key management staff used in the successful delivery of a contract won including: - Members name - Area of expertise - Qualifications - Why they are suitable for the role - a statement to the effect that a similar calibre of staff can be obtained in the delivery of this contract. Maximum of 4 staff members. We can exclude you from this procurement if your score is less than: - 2 (50%) for all staff proposed. (See scoring key) Q4C.7 - We will evaluate your organisation's environmental management measures in place relevant to your role. Bidders must demonstrate consideration for product manufacture, supply delivery and installation (including site location). They must employ environmental management measures that meet the following requirements (or equivalent) for: - FSC or PEFC - Waste Carrier Licence The maximum score we will give for the first 500 words of your description is 5 points.
