Award of 1309 Consultancy Services for Flood Studies
Notice Description
Scottish Borders Council wish to commission flood studies for 3 locations in the Scottish Borders with a view to informing future Flood Protection Schemes in these areas. These areas are as follows: (i) Broughton, Peebles & Innerleithen (ii) Newcastleton (iii) Earlston.The main objectives of the flood studies are to develop a hydraulic flood model, access the extent of the existing flood risk to develop options which can be used to take forward a preferred Flood Protection Scheme for each area including benefit cost analysis.
