Mixed Plastics/Cartons
The Council is seeking to establish a Framework Agreement with several Service Providers who will 'buy' from the Council, previously collected and segregated materials for recycling to ensure diversion from landfill. The materials are broken down into 4 separate Lots: Plastics/Cartons, HWRC Scrap Metals, Housing Stock Scrap Metals and Automotive Batteries.
Renewal: Two one-year extension options
