Extension of support and maintenance for 2 years for Specimen Gate which is a modular laboratory information management system used by national newborn screening service in Medical Genetics. This system manages the whole laboratory screening process from receipt of sample to production of final report. This is a highly specialised and bespoke system which has been customised according to specific requirements of the laboratory techniques and requirements of the screening programme. There has been significant investment to ensure the system meets standards required, time invested in system setup and training in use.
