Notice Description
Roof replacement works comprising the removal of the existing roof finishes to expose concrete roof structure / screed and the removal of the existing roof perimeter screen and support columns. Carry out repairs where required to the roof structure / screed, supply and install a new insulated roof system together with the replacement of a new roof perimeter screen reusing the existing sheet cladding previously retained. Together with the pressure cleaning of the existing roof drainage installation.
