Lot 1
The Board holds licences in perpetuity for the bank staff system. The Board wish to complete a system upgrade available for licencees and extend the current support, maintenance and system management for 4 years with an option to extend for a further 12 months. The upgraded system will be hosted on the Cloud.
Procurement Information
There has been significant investment in perpetual licences for the bank staff system and time invested in system setup and training. The Board wish to carry out a system upgrade available to licencees which requires specialist knowledge of data configuration. There are a number of tailored modules in use which require on-going support and maintenance following the system upgrade which migrates data to Cloud services.
