Notice Description
The Moray Council as lead authority on behalf of Moray Council, Aberdeenshire Council and Aberdeen City Council intends to tender for the supply of Bitumen Coated and Uncoated Road Aggregates and Concrete through an Open/Single Stage framework framework. This framework will run for three years between the 1st April 2017 and the 31st March 2020 with an option to extend for a further twelve months.
