Lot Information
Lot 1
Provision of a Passenger Ferry Service between Gourock to Kilcreggan. The Contract shall be for an initial term of 16 months. Subject to satisfactory performance of the contract in the initial term and future decisions on the delivery of ferry services operating from Gourock, the Contract MAY be extended by SPT for a further period or periods, together totalling no longer than 7 years. All terms and conditions of the Contract shall remain in full force and effect for the initial contract period and also during any extended term. Payments during any extension period will be a pro rata calculation based on the price for the initial period. Contract Award Criteria is: M.E.A.T. [i.e. Most Economically Advantageous Tender] based on Price = 80% and Quality = 20% Please note that two contracts specifications have been advertised but only one contract will be awarded. Please refer to the specifications and tender guidance notes for more information.
Options: Potentially to include but not restricted to additional journeys as required
Renewal: Potential option to extend up to a maximum term of 7 years
