To provide support for the development of Litter Action Plans and Community Litter Action Plans by key stakeholder groups across Scotland, in response to the Scottish Government's National Litter Strategy, "Towards A Litter-Free Scotland".

Zero Waste Scotland requires a Supplier to work directly with our delivery partners, to engage with the individuals responsible for the development of Litter Actions Plans, and support them through the development process. It is hoped that 32 Community Litter Action Plans and a minimum of 2,500 individual Litter Action Plans will be produced, covering all Scottish Local Authority areas. The work may involve the planning, organisation, promotion and delivery/facilitation of stakeholder workshops to help reduce duplication of effort and identify gaps in current activities.. Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in regulation 58 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015.
