To ensure that all suppliers for this contract have the opportunity to sell themselves well, we are extending the deadline for this process by 48 hours. The main element which seem to be causing issues is that suppliers are not reading the contract notice, which highlights what RCH require from the questions posed within the ESPD. Specifically when suppliers are completing the table at 4C.1.2 we are requesting you \"provide three examples of the successful delivery of contracts that are close in nature and scope to RCH's requirement; to demonstrate that they have the relevant experience to deliver the services/supplies as described..\". This means you need to describe the scope of three contracts, what your responsibilities are / were, what the scale of it was, and how you have performed within the contract. If you just write the company name, value and date it is impossible for RCH to score this section. For each question in Section IV of the ESPD, there is an explanation in the contract notice which explains what your answer to these questions should reflect. If you have any questions regarding what a question in the ESPD is asking, then please raise this via the 'Question & Answer' section of the PCS website. If you have already submitted an ESPD and don't require to change anything your response will be evaluated as it stands.
