Notice Description
River Clyde Homes is a forward thinking and dynamic 'not for profit' social housing provider that owns and manages over 6,000 homes and provides factoring services to a further 2,250 homes in the Inverclyde area of Scotland. In the Broomhill area of Greenock, RCH has recently replaced the heating system which comprised of hot air district heating, gas central heating and electric storage heaters; with 2 x 500kW Biomass boiler (pellet fed) providing heat and hot water to approximately 607 units equating to 4500kW running hours/year. RCH is now offering the opportunity for an experienced and competent supplier to undertake the metering and billing services for the scheme.

We are looking to procure the services of an experienced and competent contrator to undertake the metering & billing services for the newly installed Biomass District Heating System in the Broomhill area of Greenock.. Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in regulation 58 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015.
Renewal: RCH may elect to extend any resultant agreement for up to 2, 12 month periods. Contract not to exceed 60 months in its entirety.
