West Lothian Council seek to appoint a suitably experienced and licensed contractor to carry out bat surveys at properties in advance of construction works taking place. This framework will operate on a direct call off basis with the successful surveying consultant may be instructed to carry out bat surveys or other additional services as part of the Contract Sum Analysis. All surveys are to be carried out in accordance with the current edition of the Bat Surveys Good Practice Guide published by the Bat Conservation Trust. The quantities used in the contract sum analysis (pricing document) provide an indication of possible work instructed over this framework and not a guaranteed amount.
