Award of NAC/MC/2041 LED Lanterns Order 20 Energy Saving Mini Comp Scotland Excel Lot 8
Notice Description
As per the attached documentation, the Council require to purchase LED Lanterns as part of the Energy Saving Design project.The mini competition is conducted via the Scotland Excel Framework for Street Lighting Materials (16-13) Lot 8 LED Lanterns. The mini competition will be evaluated as per option 1 of the Framework guidance whereby the Council will conduct a mini-competition utilising the technical scores achieved in the framework. Tenderers are requested to provide information as per the specification which is then scored using the framework mini-competition template which takes into account the tenderers technical, energy and cost score to provide the Most Economically Advantageous Tender bid.Tenderers are required to price each item as per the specification details provided on the attached schedule along with completing the Specification Order Form. Tenderers are only permitted to price for items within the Lantern Range in which they were awarded for in Lot 8.Delivery details to be provided upon award however pricing should include for product identification label's to be attached to each unit as per the attached identification label.Please complete the spreadsheet for both CLO and NON CLO wattages (separate tabs). Please note this package includes the requirement for a Dali enabled driver.
