Notice Description
Skills Development Scotland has several web offerings, the most well used of which is for individuals - My World of Work - a website offering help through every stage of customers' working lives, from school to retirement. The site was launched in August 2011 and a refreshed website was re-launched in January 2016. Since then the focus for the My World of Work team has been on enhancements, feedback and fixes. Currently there are on average around 200 000 unique visitors to the site each month. A mid-project review took place whilst the project was in development and we are now looking to review the overall usability of the site focusing on some specific areas.
