Automatic Doors West

Provision of service visits and a reactive maintenance service in regard to automatic doors, both in respect to main entrances and tenants flats. Please note that the contract value noted below is the estimated value for the Lot over the entire contract period including the optional extension. Please note that these are historical costs based on previous years spend and may not be reflective of contract spend in subsequent years.

Renewal: The contract can be extended by up to a further 24 months in total. This decision will be based on a number of factors including contractor performance and budget.

Automatic Doors East
