Notice Description
The works involve the complete conservation, renovation and refurbishment of the existing office building; the complete conservation, renovation, refurbishment and conversion of the existing empty police station to form new offices; and the construction of a new build extension to the rear of both properties forming access and further office accommodation. All associated site works, drainage and external services are included within the works. The tenderers attention is drawn to the historic nature of the building and must ensure that the existing structure and finishes is adequately protected from damage. The tenderers attention is also drawn to the nature of the works abutting/adjoining the existing private owner's property to the north. The full extent of the works will only become evident once the main contractor has commenced his works.
