Community Based Support - Adults with Mental Ill Health
East Ayrshire Council, on behalf of its service delivery organisation known as the East Ayrshire Health and Social Care Partnership requires to establish a Framework Agreement to provide Community Based Support for the purpose of 'Option 3' within The Social Care (Self-directed Support) (Scotland) Act 2013, ie the Individual chooses for the Council to select the appropriate support and arrange it for the Individual - Community Based Support for Adults with Mental Ill Health.. The Framework will be for a duration of 2 years with the option to extend for a further 2 one-years.
