Notice Description
CLIENT: NHS DUMFRIES & GALLOWAYPROJECT: DRILL ORAL SURGERYREF: SLA/P051Health Facilities Scotland invites tendered offers carriage paid for the above contract in accordance with the enclosed Tender Documents. The tender shall be subject to the attached Conditions of Contract.NHS Dumfries & Galloway intends to make an award to one successful Contractor who will act in the role of Prime Contractor for the supply of the Products and associated services. The successful Contractor shall assume full responsibility for the supply of the complete Product and associated services. The successful Contractor shall be solely responsible for effecting any sub-contracting or collaborative arrangements required with other suppliers to allow the successful Contractor to meet this commitment. Any party which responds to this Quick Quote is hereinafter referred to as a "Contractor". If an award of contract is made hereunder a contract shall be entered into between the Authority and the successful Contractors on the basis of the terms and conditions of contract contained in the Quick Quote.The Agency does not bind itself to accept the lowest or any offer and reserves the right to accept an offer in whole or in part. No expenses shall be payable by the Authority in such event.Tenders are to be returned via the Quick Quote facility on the Public Contracts Scotland portal.This tender is for a quantity of two units. One is to be delivered to the current Dumfries & Galloway Royal Infirmary with the second to be delivered to the new hospital from September 2017.Potential suppliers will be required to demonstrate their equipment and handpieces at the current Dumfries and Galloway Royal Infirmary before mid March 2017.
