Prepare masterplans and secure Planning Permission in Principle for: Residential development in relation to an unused part of the University Estate near Roslin, and thereafter assist, as part of a wider team, in the process of disposing of the site on the open market.

Renewal: The Planning Process varies in the time it takes to conclude. It is anticipated that the Consultant shall see the project through to its conclusion and Contract duration will be adjusted accordingly.
