Notice Description
The Association has identified or will identify potential development opportunities on brownfield and greenfield sites in Dumfries & Galloway, to be procured between 2017 and 2021. These developments could involve the construction of around 500 new residential properties and various commercial / non-housing projects. The Association requires architectural services, engineering servics, QS/Employer's Agent services and principal designer services in respect of these various developments. Only economic operators which are deemed financially stable by the Association on the strength of their financial report will be eligible to tender. It is the responsibility of the economic operator to ensure that the information held by Dun & Bradstreet is up to date at the time of submission of the ESPD. To be deemed financially stable, economic operator must achieve a D&B risk indicator of 2 or higher and a D&B failure score of 80 or higher.
