Notice Description
This is a Contract Award notice and as such this process is now complete. Wave Energy Scotland have appointed a supplier to act as an independent Third Party Advisor (TPA) to WES in relation to the physical and numerical modelling and simulation activities for each of the four NWEC Stage 2 projects. The role of this TPA is to provide confidence in the outcomes of the four NWEC Stage 2 projects by providing an independent appraisal of the physical modelling and numerical simulation activities undertaken.

Four Stage 1 projects have been selected to progress to Stage 2. The principal output of this contract will be a report providing a critical appraisal of each NWEC Stage 2 project's physical and numerical modelling activities. The appraisal will include, but is not limited to, consideration of the following: 1. Physical modelling activities 2. Numerical modelling and simulation activities
