WES Control Systems - External Experts
Notice Description
Wave Energy Scotland's fourth call, launched on 5th April 2017, is for Feasibility Studies on Control Systems for Wave Energy Converters (WECs), including detailed definition of follow-up Design and Development Project proposals. WES is therefore seeking a number of individuals to support the evaluation process for the current call only.Individuals appointed to act as assessors must be able to demonstrate relevant and up to date technical knowledge, skills and experience, specifically relating to the topic being covered by the Call.

Wave Energy Scotland wishes to appoint a number of suitably qualified individuals, organisations or consortiums to act as independent Third Party Advisors to support WES in their "Control Systems" R&D Services Call. They will work with and complement the WES team during the evaluation process. The overall objective of the Control Systems programme is to design, develop and demonstrate advanced control systems for WECs and sub-systems which will deliver improvements in performance, affordability, survivability and reliability along with benefits in other WES Target Outcome Metrics.
