The purpose of this procurement is to consider the optimal approach available to market for contract provision for the recycling/treatment of dual recycling streams namely Lot 2 (mixed paper & cardboard)collected from North Lanarkshire Council's residents via kerbside collection.. Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in regulation 58 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015.
Renewal: The Contract is subject to an option of two periods of extension up to 12 months each at the Council's sole discretion
