We require to procure a company to perform the External audit of River Clyde Homes, River Clyde Property Management and the Scottish Veterans Garden City Association, in accordance with relevant professional and regulatory requirements, including the expectations of the Scottish Housing Regulator.

River Clyde Homes (RCH) is a forward thinking and dynamic 'not for profit' social housing provider that owns and manages over 6,000 homes and provides factoring services to a further 2,250 homes in the Inverclyde area of Scotland. We require a company to perform the External audit of River Clyde Homes, River Clyde Property Management and the Scottish Veterans Garden City Association, in accordance with relevant professional and regulatory requirements, including the expectations of the Scottish Housing Regulator.

Renewal: The contract will run for an initial two year duration. RCH may wish, at its sole discretion, to extend any resultant agreement for up to an additional two 12 month periods, subject to the agreement of the successful bidder.
