Scottish Government (SG) has commenced a programme to deliver a next generation records and document management system, known as eRDM. This forms part of a wider emerging strategy aimed at improving the corporate systems estate to support efficient business operations and effective administration of government.SG has concluded Phase One (Outline Business Case) and commenced Phase Two (Technology Platform Upgrade and Full Business Case). Phase Three will see the implementation of the next generation solution. Both phases involve significant and challenging technical implementations and planning and delivery of a major business change programme.
