The Scottish Government's Economic Development Directorate wishes to commission an analysis of responses to the call for evidence for the Scottish Expert Advisory Panel on the Collaborative Economy. This brief specification sets out the minimum requirements and timescales for this piece of workThe collaborative economy has revolutionised the ways in which goods and services are purchased, consumed and provided. This has accelerated in recent years with advances in technology. The collaborative economy allows access to the sharing or provision of goods and services, assets and resources without the need for ownership. Prominent examples of this include Uber, Airbnb, Deliveroo, Hassle, Kickstarter and Task Rabbit.On 24 April, the Scottish Government launched a call for evidence on behalf of the Helen Goulden, Chair of the Panel, which seeks views, experiences and input from Scotland's citizens and businesses: from users of the collaborative economy; from businesses operating in this growing area; and from established businesses which are experiencing significant change in their sector as a result of the collaborative economy.The call for evidence can be found on Citizen Space at https://consult.scotland.gov.uk/digital-communications/collaborative-economy.The specific objectives of this project are to:* Undertake a robust quantitative (where appropriate) and qualitative analysis of each specific question in the call for evidence;* Deliver weekly progress feedback to the project manager;
