In order to realise West Dunbartonshire Council's Vision, the Council is always seeking new and innovative use of the latest technology available on the market. WDC E-learn platform is one of the main resources for employee development. It provides more than 200 courses - including the corporate induction online program -, and flexible learning opportunities to nearly 6000 West Dunbartonshire Council employees. It is accessible for all employees on computers and laptops at work and at home 24/7. For the service to be run efficiently, providing 21st century learning experience, drive down costs and continue to meet WDC need requirements, we are seeking to employ the most up to date technology and platform on the market. Therefore WDC are looking to gather information on the latest Learning Management Systems in order to improve the learning experience for our employees.
