Award of 01569 IT Health Check Remediation Works

Notice Description

The Scottish Prison Service (SPS) are required to conduct an annual IT health check (ITHC) (also known as a penetration test). This test was recently conducted as part of a previous contract and the results from this test (covering the 2016/17 period) highlighted a number of issues. These items are, for the most part, centred around the windows infrastructure, for example patching updates, migrations of some applications onto updated OS and other windows related tasks. Due to other project work and business as usual tasks, progress on the ITHC has been slower than had been anticipated and some assistance is required in pushing forward the outstanding tasks. Therefore, this Request for Quotation (RFQ) seeks a competent Supplier to provide the SPS with Services to progress with these outstanding tasks.
