Supply of blood ketone reagent strips and blood ketone monitors used in both the community and acute care environments by Healthcare Professionals in NHS Scotland.

Renewal: Up to twenty four (24) months extension period available.

Blood Glucose & Ketone reagent test strips

Supply of both blood glucose and ketone reagent strips and dual function measurement monitors used in both the community and acute care environments used by Healthcare Professionals in NHS Scotland.

Renewal: Up to twenty four (24) months extension period available.

Accessories (including any free of charge items)

Supply of Accessories used with Lots 1, 2 & 3, including the supply of any 'free of charge' items specified within the ITT.

Renewal: Up to twenty four (24) months extension period available

Blood Glucose reagent test strips

Supply of blood glucose reagent strips and blood glucose monitors used in both the community and acute care environments by Healthcare Professionals in NHS Scotland.
