The SBWA model combines skills training and industry recognised accredited qualifications with real work experience and a guaranteed interview with an employer. The successful Service Provider must demonstrate both knowledge of the sector and experience of achieving results in similar programmes with unemployed individuals and must be familiar with the requirements of SBWA and DWP regulations for Benefits claimants. Training is being purchased for Invest in Renfrewshire registered clients only. The buyer is using PCS-Tender to conduct this ITT exercise. The Project code is 8194.
