Notice Description

The South East Scotland Archaeology Partnership (SESAP) are seeking a provider to develop a research framework for the region, to be known as the South East Scotland Archaeological Research Framework (SESARF). SESARF will link to the National Scottish Archaeological Research Framework (ScARF) and will provide a framework for archaeological research in South East Scotland which enhances our understanding of the past; promotes integrated management strategies for both cultural and natural heritage and increases the understanding of the public benefit of the historic environment.

Lot 1

The requirement of this tender will be for the appointed contractor to work with the SESAP steering group and stakeholders to form this Research Framework. This will involve project managing the process of the formation of the Research Framework including chairing and organising workshops and symposium to engage with stakeholders across the duration of the contract. It will also involve undertaking the production of the research framework document or documents as the end product.
