We require a contractor to carry out ventilation replacement louvre works at Regent Court, an 18 storey high-rise building in Greenock.

River Clyde Homes (RCH) is a forward thinking and dynamic 'not for profit' social housing provider that owns and manages over 6,000 homes and provides factoring services to a further 2,250 homes in the Inverclyde area of Scotland. River Clyde Homes require to procure the services of an experienced and competent contractor to carry out ventilation louvre replacement works at Regent Court, an 18 storey building, in Greenock. Generally the works will include:- - The removal of the existing defective louvre vents (17nr) to south elevation of Regent Court (Roxburgh Street, Greenock) and replacement with new louvre vents. - All necessary flashings must be designed, manufactured, tested and installed by the contractor. - Finishes to the insulated external wall cladding are to be made good. - Renewal of sealant to 89 PVC-u window units on south elevation using access means for louvre works. Location Regent Court, Regent Street, Greenock PA15 4NU Timescales The works must be completed within 10 weeks of contract award.
