Gas Central Heating Renewal to approximately 160Nr residential properties located in Galashiels, Innerleithen & Walkerburn.

Lot Information

Lot 1

Gas Central Heating renewal to approximately 160nr tenanted residential properties. It should be further noted that additional to this the Contractor shall be required to provide Energy Performance Surveys on completion of the works to each address and provide the Client with the Energy Performance Certificates thereafter. The Contractor may also be required to carry out Asbestos Refurbishment and Demolition surveys. It is the Clients intention that works shall commence on site in October 2017. The Contractor shall be required to have finished the works by April 2018 and on this basis bidders shall be required to supply the appropriate levels of operatives etc to ensure this timescale is adhered to.

Renewal: The Client may to take up option to extend.
