The fund manager must ensure that they have sound financial governance in terms of how they will both manage and disperse the funds. They will report to the HSCP on how funds are being awarded and report and update any financial issues that may arise. Any underspend on funding will go back to the HSCP. Membership of The Protection of Vulnerable Groups Scheme. Comply with The Equalities Act 2010. Agreement to follow the Caldicott Principles and Data Protection Act 1998."

Tenderers should complete the evaluation matrix spread sheet included in the tender documents and confirm they meet the minimum requirement score.
