The residential respite services are currently provided in an existing, purpose built building located in East Lothian. East Lothian Council are interested in hearing from organisations who can propose a model of services (including residential respite) which will support and enable families to continue to care for their children and young people with complex disabilities in their own homes and within East Lothian (this includes providing the existing residential respite service from the current facility in a future contract and\or alternative and innovative approaches).
