The service should be efficient, cost-effective and provide scheduled and remedial maintenance services for its IT Desktop Hardware assets. A direct award from an existing Scottish Government Framework Agreement (DATS) was the preferred procurement route.. The contract term will be 24 months with the option to extend for a further 12 month period.
