Notice Description
The Famous Grouse Ideas Centre Pipeline ('The Pipeline') is aimed at generating a flow of motivated and innovative individuals, start-ups, projects and ideas into The Famous Grouse Ideas Centre (FGIC). Perth and Kinross Council (The Council) require a programme to be created and managed that will be aimed at young people in North Perth who are not in education, training or employment with a view to supporting them into self-employment in the creative industries with a focus on digital and technology media. Ideally there will be an element of innovation to link with the Ideas Centre. The project will be targeted at young people in North Perth but not exclusively.
