Project management support services sought to pre-development stage of community owned capital project at the proposed Rural Life Centre on site of the former Carloway School. Services to include tendering, selecting and commissioning architrctural Design Team services to RIBA Stage 3, and to include some information gathering and research to flesh out specific aspects of the business plan. The successful applicant will report to Carloway Community Association through the Chairman and Executive Committee.
