'CashBack Change Cycle" programme - evaluation 2017-2020
Notice Description
Venture Trust is seeking an organisation to undertake a 3-year Evaluation of the 'CashBack Change Cycle' programme which is primarily funded by the Scottish Government's Cashback for Communities scheme (Phase IV). The programme will support participants to build aspiration, motivation and self-confidence while developing key employability skills. It is for young people aged 16-24 who are not in work, education or training, facing long term unemployment and disadvantage as well as potentially at risk of (re-)offending or anti-social behaviour (detailed description of the programme in the invitation to tender). The evaluator(s) will work alongside Venture Trust to evaluate the impact of 'The CashBack Change Cycle' programme in addressing the employability development needs of the participants, and to evaluate the effectiveness of the programme in delivering employability outcomes for those who are most vulnerable and most disengaged from services, and help consider sustainability options.
