The tender shall be subject to the attached Conditions of Contract.The Agency does not bind itself to accept the lowest or any offer and reserves the right to accept an offer in whole or in part.Tenders are to be returned via the Quick Quote facility on the Public Contracts Scotland portal.Delivery will be to Medical Physics, Dumfries & Galloway Royal Infirmary, Bankend Road, Dumfries, DG1 4AP.
