The Royal (Dick) School of Veterinary Studies [R(D)SVS] is a world leading centre for veterinary study, research treatment and care. Langhill Farm is a 240 Cow Dairy Unit which provides practical teaching for the vet students and is part of the Easter Bush Estate just outside Edinburgh. The farm currently has two Front Loader tractors. It is planned to replace one of these tractors. The new tractor must be on site and paid for by the 31st July 2017. This project will not be lotted due to its size and scope. Please note: Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in regulation 8 & ( of the procurement (Scotland) Regulations 2016. The project will be awarded on the basis of a 30 percent commercial weighting and 70 percent technical weighting. The buyer is using PCS-Tender to conduct this exercise. The project code is LIT0564.
