Notice Description
Hebridean Housing Partnership are tendering for the appointment of a firm of Chartered Surveyors to undertake a stock condition survey across our social housing stock. The project brief and services were previously stated via a Prior information Notice on the Public Contracts Scotland portal. The survey is to cover HHP's housing stock to determine existing and future repairs and maintenance liabilities. A statistically reliable survey method is to be adopted to provide data on the various matters stated in the ITT.
