Notice Description

1.1 Moray Council ("the Council") is currently undertaking a large scale LED replacement programme across its existing street lighting asset base. The Council currently operates 17,799 lighting points across a diverse geographical area. The next phase of the LED replacement programme will run from summer 2017 and will see an acceleration of delivery of the programme. This will require the supply of approximately 5000no LED lanterns to be delivered under a structured programme commencing in August/September 2017 with the option to increase the quantity and order up to a further 5000no lanterns on the same terms by mutual agreement. The Council wishes to invite offers to meet this requirement through mini-competition under the Scotland Excel Framework for Street Lighting Materials 16-13 Lot 8 LED Lanterns. ("the Framework")
