Notice Description

The 3 Tayside Councils and Police Scotland - Tayside Division have a Public space CCTV system which requires updating to allow for Smart City/Town Management using video analytics. The Councils are looking to appoint a consultant who will assist with the development of the Public Space CCTV Strategy, input to the output specification for the system and assistance as required through the implementation of the system to the Go Live stage.The Councils and Police Scotland wish to explore opportunities for wider integration with other Public Sector and Private CCTV systems to enhance Smart City/Town Management for the purposes of Crime Prevention and detection and Community Safety.
