Moray College require a supplier to provide 100% of the timber products listed within the Invitation to Tender document for a potential multiple year contract for their supply.. Suppliers unable to to provide 100% of items and within the timescales noted will not be evaluated further under this exercise.

Options: The list of timber products provided within the Invitation to Tender forms the core list of goods requested that suppliers must be able to provide 100% of within the timescales noted. However, there may be additional non-core items requested outwith the scope of the core product list over the course of the contract duration.

Renewal: Any contract will be subject to a provisional further extension period of 24 months set as 2 x 12 month periods.
