Mechanical and electrical engineering services required for a 30 unit new build affordable housing development in the Dalmarnock area of Glasgow's East End.
Lot Information
Lot 1
The process will include submission of the ESPD following which a minimum of 5 candidates will be invited to tender. The selection of those invited to tender will be based on their responses contained within the ESPD and their suitability for the proposed contract work. Following shortlisting those invited to tender will be asked to complete a further project specific PQQ as well as submit a fee percentage based on a works value of approx. 4000000 GBP.
