NHSB defines reactive maintenance as those works that form part of the cycle of, programmed, planned or cyclical works without which there would exist a threat to the safety, health and security of the occupants and the deterioration of the property and or its repair obligations.

The provision of Painting & Decorating contracting in respect of planned and reactive works. The key services being sought are planned works, routine maintenance works, and unplanned reactive works/emergency call outs. From time to time and in spite of the controls in place to prevent them, emergency repair or maintenance works may need to be carried out.

Renewal: 24 months in 2 x 12 month intervals
