Notice Description
The Famous Grouse Ideas Centre (FGIC) is an innovation lab which will be housed in Creative Exchange on completion of the regeneration of the former St John's primary school, Creative Exchange will also provide hot-desking, project and workshop space, artists' studios and 12 offices for creative industries. The associated Accelerator aims to identify, inspire, upskill and support small groups of enterprises and projects in the creative and innovation sectors. Entry onto this fully funded programme will be based on need and potential economic and social impact.

The Famous Grouse Ideas Centre (FGIC) is an innovation lab which will be housed in Creative Exchange on completion of the regeneration of the former St John's primary school, Creative Exchange will also provide hot-desking, project and workshop space, artists' studios and 12 offices for creative industries. The associated Accelerator aims to identify, inspire, upskill and support small groups of enterprises and projects in the creative and innovation sectors. Entry onto this fully funded programme will be based on need and potential economic and social impact.
Options: Perth and Kinross Council has the option to extend the contract for a period of 24 months.
Renewal: The initial framework is for a period of 12 months. After that there will be the option to extend for a period of up to 24 months. The estimated value is for the 3 year period including extension. The budget for year 1 is 30,000GBP.
