The Council seeks to engage a Contractor to carry out Reactive & Planned Maintenance to Stage Equipment (including associated hoisting & rigging equipment, moveable seating, portable staging, curtains and peripherals), as well as Out-of-Hours Emergency Repairs, principally to Council establishments within the boundaries of East Ayrshire Council. Works may also be instructed to any other properties which the Council has a duty to maintain.

The Council seeks to engage a Contractor to carry out Reactive & Planned Maintenance to Stage Equipment (including associated hoisting & rigging equipment, moveable seating, portable staging, curtains and peripherals), as well as Out-of-Hours Emergency Repairs, principally to Council establishments within the boundaries of East Ayrshire Council. Works may also be instructed to any other properties which the Council has a duty to maintain. The successful Contractor must be able to provide a fully comprehensive Service throughout the term of the Contract. It is anticipated that the notional annual value will be approximately 30,000 - 50,000 GBP, although the workload is likely to vary in quantity and type from week-to-week and month-to-month during the term of the Contract. This notional value is indicative only, and no claim whatsoever will be considered where the claim is based upon decreasing or increasing workload, and no guarantees of workload can be given. The successful Contractor will be required to provide a comprehensive pro-active testing service incorporating all the work and items included within Specification and Pricing Schedule. It should be noted that where other specialist pro-active maintenance services or multi-trade term arrangements exists, work Orders may be routed and placed at the sole discretion of the Council. A list of these exceptional services is shown within the tender documents.

Renewal: 2No. optional 1 years extensions at the sole discretion of the Council.
