Award of 580_0083 - Workplace Review, Forest Enterprise Scotland
Notice Description
Forest Enterprise Scotland (FES) wishes to undertake a short-life workplace review and analysis to determine how smarter working can be applied to the organisation and applied within a pathfinder space in Silvan House comprising of 750 square meters of office workspace.A key part of the Contract will be to facilitate a programme of leadership and staff consultation to help establish the vision and desired outcome for the pathfinder. Together with identifying the optimum space requirement for the teams involved, the cultural change elements required for FES to fully embrace the smarter working pathfinder workspace will be a key deliverable.The Contract will start on 18th September 2017 and provide the final report by 17th November 2017. Depending on whether FES decides to implement the plan that emerges during this work there might be a requirement to provide further support over a subsequent two month implementation period with a possible extension until the end of January 2018.

"description": "Forest Enterprise Scotland (FES) wishes to undertake a short-life workplace review and analysis to determine how smarter working can be applied to the organisation and applied within a pathfinder space in Silvan House comprising of 750 square meters of office workspace.A key part of the Contract will be to facilitate a programme of leadership and staff consultation to help establish the vision and desired outcome for the pathfinder. Together with identifying the optimum space requirement for the teams involved, the cultural change elements required for FES to fully embrace the smarter working pathfinder workspace will be a key deliverable.The Contract will start on 18th September 2017 and provide the final report by 17th November 2017. Depending on whether FES decides to implement the plan that emerges during this work there might be a requirement to provide further support over a subsequent two month implementation period with a possible extension until the end of January 2018.",
